In most cases, loan signings can be completed at the title company. Kim, however, often works unconventional hours, so she will arrange to complete the appointment in the convenience and comfort of your own home, office or other safe public location. She also attempts to have Lender Reps on standby via phone during the appointment to address any concerns that may arise.

Loan signings can produce high anxiety for some borrowers. Kim is understanding and will attempt to arrange for the borrowers to speak with the Lending Rep to gain clarity on any details in the documents that are unclear. Kim will never mislead or pressure borrowers into signing documents and will gladly schedule another appointment in the event the borrowers are unable to sign.

Loan signings are for closing deals. Kim understands that the borrowers' ability to secure a family home, an investment property, or a loan rate could all rely on the accuracy of the loan signing. Therefore, Kim courteously spends time double and triple checking the signatures and notarizations before leaving the appointment and immediately returns the docs to Title.
